今年10月16号到11月4号，来自中国的爵士钢琴手范溪怡将带来她在法国的乐队和个人作品来到中国巡演，在国内的10个城市进行19场演出，为期19天，Fan Quartet是一个非常年轻的爵士音乐团体，一个来自法国南部马赛的音乐乐队，于2022年12月正式问世。汇聚了一群杰出的音乐手，包括贝斯手Paul Phi libert、鼓手Paul Scapilatti和萨克斯手Clément Rioland，乐手成员分别来自法国不同的城市，他们在马赛这个美丽历史悠久的城市相遇，相聚，成为很好的伙伴，一起创造出美丽的音乐和作品。From October 16 to November 4, jazz pianist Fan Xiyi will take her group on a tour across China, performing 19 shows in 10 cities. This is a first for this promising young jazz ensemble. Originating from Marseille in the south of France, the Fan Quartet was officially formed in December 2022. The group brings together a talented array of musicians: Paul Philibert on bass, Paul Scapilatti on drums, and Clément Rioland on saxophone, who come from different regions of France.

This style reflects the diverse influences of Fan Xiyi, the group leader, including classical music, jazz, rock, and film music. Her compositions are a deep exploration of themes such as travel, love, nature, and modern life, presented to the audience through captivating musical narratives.
2023年初，这个充满活力的乐队已经发行了三首引人入胜的单曲，包括 Confusing（迷失的）、Fragment Temporelle（时光碎片）和 Turn Off（关上）。此外，他们还制作了两支独立的音乐视频，分别是 To Line 1（1号大巴）和 Where It’s Home（哪里是家）。At the beginning of 2023, the group released three singles: "Confusing," "Fragment Temporelle," and "Turn Off." They also produced two notable music videos: "To Line 1" and "Where Is Home."

同年九月，范溪怡以一名爵士乐手的身份发行了她的首张EP，名为 The Stream Flows（溪流），充分展示了她作为一名爵士乐手的才华和创作实力。In September of the same year, Fan Xiyi released her first EP titled "The Stream Flows," showcasing her talent and creativity as a jazz musician and composer.

Jazz in the 20th century has enriched itself by integrating with various musical styles. Hailing from Guangdong, China, Fan Xiyi aims to incorporate her personal experiences, stories, and culture into her music. For her, a good musician is one who lets music tell stories and express emotions. Jazz is often seen as complex and niche, but when you listen to Fan Xiyi and her band live, you'll find that jazz can be both beautiful and deeply moving. Sometimes their music leans towards rock, offering a remarkable expressiveness and impact. It is certain that this approach will not leave anyone indifferent.
